摘要: The intestinal mucosa depends upon luminal contents for part of its own supply nutrients. Such nutrients are provided in a rapidly available state by elemental diets composed chemically defined products containing their simplest forms, e.g. amino acids, oligopeptides, essential fatty triglycerides and simple sugars. These help to maintain the integrity under conditions such as abdominal irradiation cancer chemotherapy which greatly impair terminal digestion brush border. also diminish concentration potentially injurious constituents juice, pancreatic proteases bile salts, play an important role complications therapy.
