摘要: AIM: To estimate the characteristics of Color Doppler findings and results hepatic radionuclide angiography (HRA) in secondary Hodgkin’s lymphoma. METHODS: The research included patients with a diagnosis lymphoma metastatic focal lesions liver controls. Morphologic hemodynamic parameters were examined by pulsed portal, splenic veins examined. Hepatic perfusion index (HPI) estimated HRA was calculated. RESULTS: In majority patients, hepatomegaly observed. Lesions mostly hypoechoic mixed, solitary or multiple. Some presented dilated hepatofugal blood flow. A pulse wave registered centre at margins lymphoma. average velocity higher (P > 0.05). continuous venous found only There no linear correlation between size (r = 390, P < 0.01). HPI significantly lower lymphomas than controls 0.05), pointing out increased arterial comparison to portal perfusion. CONCLUSION: ultrasonography is sensitive method for detection neovascularization estimation its intensity. can additionally help assesment vascularisation lesions.
