摘要: Background The immunological mechanism in aetiology of atopic dermatitis (AD) shows significant differences from other allergic diseases. Allergen inhalation exacerbates AD lesions and patients� complaints decrease house dust mite (HDM) low level environments, which reveals the importance inhalant allergens. Objective We evaluated skin prick test (SPT) atopy patch (APT) positivity rates with aeroallergens studied effect results, aimed to determine value reactivity on clinical characteristics children AD.
