摘要: Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) occurs in both adults and children but the response to chemotherapy survival is significantly worse adults. We aimed study whether expression of immune system-associated miRNAs would differ between adult pediatric patients with ALL at time diagnosis. Materials methods Inflammation-associated miRNA analysis was performed 19 79 involved miR-10, miR-15, miR-16, miR-17-92 cluster, miR-33, miR-146a, miR-150, miR-155, miR-181a, miR-222, miR-223, miR-339. MiRNAs were first analyzed by microarray thereafter validated qRT-PCR. Sufficient RNA for qRT-PCR available 42 patients. Results Of studied miRNAs, only miR-18a differed ALL, being lower (FC, -3.74; P, 0.0037). confirmed (down-regulated patients, P 0.003161). The other members cluster did not significantly. Conclusions Pediatric have remarkably similar patterns immune-cell-associated their bone marrow However, low interesting demands further study.
