摘要: This voltage reference circuit has high thermal stability and minimal bulk comprises a transistor defining base-emitter junction having drop which varies in non-linear manner as function of temperature resistors connected series to the junction, being interposed between ground line output terminal. A compensation generates current so produce with behavior substantially opposite previous upon reaching switching on transistor.
