摘要: A highly sensitive, specific, and rapid immunochromatographic assay for halofuginone (HFG) has been developed. well-characterized immunogenic conjugate of HFG with bovine serum albumin was produced using the N,N″-Carbonyldiimidazole method. sensitive monoclonal antibody specific then generated by immunizing BALB/c mic conjugate. The antigen, HFG-CDI-ovalbumin goat anti-mouse IgG were attached to a nitrocellulose membrane as test line control line, respectively produce an strip detection in milk. Under optimized conditions, limits semi-quantitative low 50 ng/mL 0.01 M PBS (pH 7.4) 100 ng/mL All results obtained within 5 min. newly developed provides rapid, procedure on-site screening HFG.
