摘要: Abstract The application of Fourier transform-based cross-correlation techniques for automatic detection spectral information using 10 μl volumes is presented. basic approach involves interrogation a pattern from multielement mixture the presence features obtained by running single element standard(s). In essence, “interrogated” sought-for and, thus, interpretation obtained. Spectral patterns standards and mixtures were acquired an electrically heated wire-loop, in-torch vaporization (ITV) sample introduction system inductively coupled plasma (ICP) spectrometer equipped with photodiode array detector (Leco Plasmarray). wavelength region about 280 nm to 410 was covered. elements (Al, Be, Co, Ni, Sc, Sr, V, Y, Yb Zr) converted interference-free noise-free binary software masks. Cross-correlation these masks discussed graphical user interface that utilizes color-coded periodic table present likely composition (i.e. qualitative semi-quantitative analysis) on computer screen described.
