摘要: In coiled-filament in-torch vaporization (ITV) sample introduction for inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), a is placed onto coiled filament (e.g., Re wire) and the carrying inserted into chamber which attached to an ICP torch. this study, six chambers were tested using in-situ generated smoke. Of these, 6.5 cm 3 (internal volume) was chosen. An Ar-H 2 (≈3% v/v) carrier gas used effect of flow rate insertion position determined several elements Zn, Pb, Cd, Mn, Mg, V, Be Sr) that covered range wavelengths characteristics. Analytical performance characteristics also obtained calibration graphs linear over orders magnitude. Detection limits in pg sub-pg range. Coiled-filament ITV-ICP-AES briefly with powdered solids as slurries biological standard reference material Mn Zn test elements.
