摘要: An automatic method and apparatus for the repair of circuit shorts near-shorts present in narrow bridges (6, 13) or remnants between lines (5). By applying a voltage across pair lines, certain electrical phenomena take place at area short near-short. The thus generated induce localized etching either gas-phase liquid-phase medium depending upon which embodiment is used. are classified into four groups so that no adjacent belong to same group. All group connected one separate conductors. Each conductor phase ac source (7a). near on repaired simultaneously automatically single operation without having locate shorts.
