摘要: Abstract Air-sintered and atmospherically reduced BaTiO 3 ceramics were fluorinated by the introduction of a CF CH 2 OH fluorination agent into hot furnace using supporting gas: either pure nitrogen or containing low concentration oxygen. The nitrogen-supported resulted in decrease resistivity insulating air-sintered samples to semiconducting values, primarily due atmospheric reduction. When oxygen-containing as gas, their remained very high. exposure air at high temperatures (1200°C) remarkable PTCR effect.
