摘要: The brick layer model is normally employed in impedance spectroscopy calculations when the material system homogeneous. Here, we use probability distributions to modify this for real inhomogeneous materials. In plot of Z' against Z''/f find that straight lines change into curves phases. We can also distinguish between effects overlap and distribution from shape plot. By fitting spectra, evaluate degree homogeneity phase. Analysis a negative temperature coefficient ceramic shows new fit experimental data very well.
