摘要: Objective. Geranylgeranylacetone (GGA), an anti-ulcer agent, has recently been demonstrated to protect a variety of cells and tissues via induction heat shock protein (HSP)70 against numerous stresses. We investigated whether GGA induces HSP70 protects oxidative stressor, monocrolamine (NH2Cl), in rat intestinal epithelial cell line (IEC-18). Material methods. IEC-18 pretreated with (0.1–10 µM) were subjected injury induced by NH2Cl. Cell viability was assessed, endogenous levels determined enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay cells. Results. Treatment found rapidly elevate NH2Cl-induced Furthermore, quercetin, inhibitor synthesis, diminished the protective effects upon NH2Cl-caused injury. Conclusions. The results this study suggest that plays important role defense mechanisms i...
