Structuring international institutions for the efficient provisioning of global security

摘要: This paper analyzes the issue of security provision by an alliance against threat a rogue nation. Proactive effort member is assumed to be non-rival and non-excludable, so results jointly accrue every other member. has both positive negative effects, as measures mitigate threat, but also involve loss commercial benefits, collateral damages, infringement on human rights. In this I suggest institutional structure for which would lead achievement efficient level world through multilateral participation.
