Binding equilibrium study of phosphotungstic acid and HSA or BSA with UV spectrum, fluorescence spectrum and equilibrium dialysis

摘要: The binding equilibrium between phosphotungstic acid (H 7 [P(W 2 O ) 6 ]·XH O;PTA) and human serum albumin (HSA) or bovine (BSA) has been studied by UV-Vis, fluorescence spectroscopies dialysis. It observed that UV absorption enhanced the quenched as PTA to HSA BSA at physiological pH 7.43 ( ± 0.02). Scatchard analysis indicated there exists a strong site of in both BSA, successive stability constants these two systems are obtained nonlinear least-squares methods fitting Bjerrum formula.
