摘要: Abstract Chloramphenicol (CHL) and quinolone drugs like ofloxacin (OFLX), lomefloxacin (LMX) ciprofloxacin (CPFX) can all quench the fluorescence of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in aqueous solution pH=7.40. This quenching effect becomes more significant when CHL coexist. Based on this, further studies interactions between using spectrum are established. The results showed that interaction would increase binding constant stability drug protein, thus reducing amount transported to their targets. Therefore, free concentration at targets decrease, efficacy drugs. It indicated there exists antagonistic action also mechanism BSA by is a static procedure. number sites 1 various systems. Studies utilizing synchronous spectra affect conformation BSA, making protein molecules extend hydrophobic decrease. order is: CPFX>OFLX>LMX with presence BSA.
