摘要: The cloning and expression of the human erythropoietin (Epo) gene in mammalian cells has enabled production large quantities recombinant Epo (rHuEpo). availability rHuEpo for antibody initiated use radioimmunoassays (RIA) more recently enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) sensitive accurate determination serum. As earlier work was based generally on vivo bioassay, question arises as to correlation between values obtained by different assay methods. Therefore, we compare first results measurements ELISA, RIA, traditional bioassay polycythemic mice.
