摘要: Abstract Thw advantage of examining specimens which have not been subjected to fixation, dehydration and embedding is briefly discussed. It pointed out that in order obtain a meaningful quantitative distribution substances, certain difficulties both the technique cyro-ultramictomomy X-ray microanalysis must be overcome.
