摘要: Abstract Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty was used to treat 101 patients with saphenous vein bypass graft stenosis at a mean of 50.1 months (range 2 196) after coronary artery surgery. The presented between March 1981 and April 1987. A total 107 grafts were dilated 117 sites. primary success rate 91.8%. incidence cardiac complications 7.1%. There no in 53 implanted 36 (Group 2) had 12.5% myocardial infarction, 4% emergent surgery death for an overall complication 14.9% (p Follow-up obtained 16.8 ± 13.9 1 54) 87 (97% successful cases). Repeat angiography performed 49 revealed restenosis 30 (61.2%), difference recurrence rates proximal, mid or distal Clinical (defined as symptoms, repeat angioplasty, death) 33.1% Group 64.1% are significantly higher when late (>36 months) failure. All therapeutic options should be carefully examined before proceeding this type patient.
