摘要: Abstract Objective Women with HPV related pathology of the lower genital tract are at higher risk for AIN and anal cancer than general population. A strategy to identify disease in these women has not been formulated. The aim this study is examine feasibility biomarker testing on smears, factors positivity provide information clinical implications infection Methods In referred colposcopy because (cervical cancer, CIN, VIN, warts) a detailed questionnaire, an smear cervical were taken. On each sample morphological cytology, flow cytometric evaluation E6&7 mRNA, DNA detection typing performed. positive result high resolution anoscopy. Results So far 235 have included (mean age 34.3). DNA, high-risk mRNA was detected 45%, 31% 8% smears 56%, 39% 25% respectively. Absolute or partial concordance types between cervix anus seen 74%. Positivity significantly (8% vs 25%). Logistic regression analysis revealed presence (> 3 lifetime sexual partners DNA), hr (presence mRNA). Twelve months after LLETZ 53% negative, but those still anus. Conclusions common group interlinked infection. Anal expression less cervix. Possible could be development recurrence CIN treatment due reinfection from reservoir. use biomarkers feasible although especially as triage method referral anoscopy probably inappropriate rate.
