摘要: Abstract Bovine adrenal medulla 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethylamine β-hydroxylase has been further characterized. The enzyme consists of four subunits, two pairs which are linked by disulfide bridges and held together noncovalent bonds. Preliminary evidence suggests that these subunits identical. activation this anions studied. binding to a basic group adjacent the ionizable at active site proposed explain mechanism compounds. No found for an anioninduced conformational change.
