摘要: Abstract As previously reported, intracerebellar injectors of D-serine, quiaqualate and kainate elevated mouse cerebellar cGMP levels. Similarly, activation endogenous excitatory amino acid utilizing neurons with harmaline or pentylenetetrazole also increased cGMP. We have demonstrated that the harmaline- pentylenetetrazol-dependent increases are NMDA receptor mediated. In this report we further NMDA-dependent in dependent upon monoaminergic innervation cerebellum, while kainate- quisqualate-dependent independent such innervation.
