摘要: Abstract It has been suggested that phencyclidine (PCP) receptors may not be linked with N- methyl- d -aspartate (NMDA) in all brain areas. We found NMDA enhanced [3H]TCP (a PCP analog) binding extensively washed cortical, but cerebellar membranes. However, potently inhibited NMDA-induced [3H]norepinephrine release from slices a concentration-dependent manner, suggesting subtype of is functionally receptors. this cannot demonstrated by because the predominance low affinity cerebellum.
