Prostate cancer visualization from MR imagery and MR spectroscopy

摘要: Prostate cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers among males, and use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been suggested for its detection. A framework presented scoring visualizing various MR data in an efficient intuitive manner. classification method introduced where a cumulative score volume created which takes into account each three acquisition types. This integrated rendering allows user to view prostate gland, multi-modal values, surrounding anatomy. visibility persistence mode automatically avoid full occlusion selected indicate overlaps. The GPU-accelerated single-pass ray casting provides interactive experience. User driven importance gain insight can assist localization disease treatment planning. We evaluate our results against pathology radiologists' determinations.
