摘要: Abstract This is the second documented case of radiosensitive ulcerogenic tumor pancreas. Clinical experience suggests that relatively high doses radiation are necessary for temporary therapeutic response. Total gastrectomy remains treatment choice when multiple tumors and gastric hypersecretion present. However, in instances which secretion normal or below normal, stomach may be spared as much possible removed.
