摘要: Fifty former amateur boxers were examined and com pared with two control groups of soccer players track field athletes. All subjects interviewed regarding their sports career, medical history, so cial variables. They underwent a physical neuro logic examination. Personality traits investigated related to the platelet monoamine oxidase activity. Cerebral morphologic changes evaluated using computed tomography magnetic resonance imag ing. Further, clinical neurophysiologic tests made as well neuropsychologic tests.No significant differences found between in any or neurologic examinations Socially, had lower degree education cho sen less intellectual professions, but they impulsive more socialized.
