Although provides benefits for participants, including exercise, self-discipline self-confidence, the sport encourages rewards deliberate blows to head face. Participants are at risk head, face neck injuries, chronic even fatal neurological injuries. Concussions one most common injuries occurring boxing. Because facial Canadian Paediatric Society American Academy Pediatrics vigorously oppose as a children adolescents. These organizations recommend that physicians youth encourage patients alternative sports which intentional not central sport.
