摘要: Purpose: This study aimed to reveal the effect of ambient temperature on occurrence acute appendicitis (AA) in children under 5 years age. Methods: We identified 4159 patients with AA from January 2003 November 2012. Totally 1071 were (younger patients), and 3088 aged 6-14 (older patients). Pearson's correlation analysis was used examine between AA. Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) models effects climatic factors incidence rates. Results: showed a monthly average for entire sample (r=0.404, p<0.001), younger (r=0.209, p=0.023), older (r=0.421, p<0.001). The lower than that daily cases each (DACET) 1- 12-day (0.80±0.04, all p<0.01), (r=0.52±0.09, p<0.05), (r=0.79±0.04, p<0.01). According age, had much r value (p<0.001). peak DACET n-day indicated n 6 sample, 3 7 patients.
