摘要: Abstract Saline or salt water in the ocean accounts for 96.5% of total fresh resource planet. Salinity is a global social and economic problem which severely inhibited plant growth development. Utilization marginal affected land and/or becomes increasingly important because explosion world population climate change. In this study, stress resistance fifteen N. nucifera cultivars was firstly evaluated. The results showed that Welcoming Guests most resistant cultivar, while Hunan Lotus sensitive one. Resistant cultivar accumulated significant higher amount MDA proline than prior to treatment, indicating pre-conditioned stress. Salt lotus exhibited relative lower antioxidant enzyme activities reactive oxygen species accumulation one after treatment. Since calcineurin B-like protein interaction kinase (CIPK)/SALT OVERLY SENSITIVE2 gene family played essential roles during response, three NnCIPK genes were successfully cloned study. Phylogenetic analysis these high homologous Arabidopsis grape CIPK genes. Expression level indicated NnCIPK6 highly induced by NaCl treatment expression levels NnCIPK14s fluctuation susceptible These partially characterized mechanisms provided useful information utilization water.
