摘要: The CBL-CIPK signaling pathway represents a central and critical system involved in plant response to abiotic stress hormone signaling. In this study, we focused on AtCIPK6 gene, which have been shown be required for development salt tolerance Arabidopsis, but the transcriptional regulatory mechanism of gene whether it plays role ABA is still unknown. Here, showed that addition its expression induced by drought stress, transcripts were largely accumulated abscisic acid treated seedling, compared basal level expression. Moreover, promoter sequence analysis revealed there are some elements detected region AtCIPK6. AtCIPK6p:GUS transgenic assays unraveled salt/osmotic stress- ABA-inducible. Overexpression Arabidopsis increased sensitivity ABA. Our results contribute understanding may also provide good stress-inducible candidate engineering.
