摘要: Summary Lesions of the os trigonum and posterior talar process must be considered in differential diagnosis post-traumatic ankle pain. A 26-year-old soccer player suffered from chronic pain following a forced equinus injury left ankle. Non-union fracture was diagnosed treated after months ineffective management.
