摘要: Pain emanating from the region of posterior triangle may present a difficult diagnostic problem for practitioner. A case os trigonum pathology with logical plan evaluation and resolution this is presented. The use bone scan tomography shown to be helpful arriving at appropriate diagnosis. Both conservative surgical treatments are discussed.
