摘要: The cases of nine patients with ununited fracture the posterior process talus were reviewed. most common mechanism injury was forced plantarflexion. All had pain in ankle region. Common physical findings included tenderness between lateral malleolus and Achilles tendon on Of radiographic imaging modalities used, 99Tc bone scan found to be helpful diagnosis. eventually underwent surgical excision at a mean period 9.4 months post injury. At average follow-up 27 after surgery (range 7-69 months), six good or excellent results respect relief return function. There two complications sural neuroma formation, one which resulted severe persistent surgery. Based these findings, we believe differential diagnosis chronic posttraumatic should include talus.
