摘要: Abstract The growing demand for energy has promoted research on alcohol-based biofuels. Fusel oil is a long-chain alcohol (higher alcohol), which byproduct of the bioethanol synthesis process and recently received attention as fuel blend compression ignition spark-ignition engines. Although several researches have been performed using fusel in internal combustion engines, it still unclear what optimum ratio blend. present study focuses determining gasoline operation load spark engine. response surface method (RSM), widely used optimization technique to product evaluate biofuels, was analyze performance emissions port injected engine burning different blends (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% 100%) under loads (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% fixed speed 2500 rpm. most compatible model obtained predicted values were successfully validated with experimental observations. All RSM models significant at 5% level. Optimization results suggested 25% content an 47.21%. According these optimized operating conditions, torque 16.49 Nm brake specific consumption (BSFC) 326.024 g/kWh. CO, NOx UHC this point 0.88%, 568.3 ppm 165.49 ppm, respectively. test results, thermal efficiency (BTE) decreased while gross BSFC increased duo water resulted dramatically reduced in-cylinder temperatures. With increasing from G80F20 (80% gasoline-20% oil) G0F100 (0% gasoline-100% oil), NOX by 41% CO about 39% 22%, A higher desirability value 0.63 regression illustrated that can be efficiently employed modeling parameters.
