摘要: An Al-4·5Cu-10Pb alloy was processed by spray forming as well impeller mixing followed chill casting methods. The microstructure, mechanical properties and dry sliding wear characteristics of the were evaluated. formed showed an equiaxed grain morphology with a uniform dispersion lead particles in matrix phase. In contrast cellular-dendritic primary phase characteristic feature method. indicated its superior low rate particularly at higher applied load velocity. possible reason for this behaviour is discussed light microstructure nature worn out surfaces test specimens.
