摘要: Nitrogen doped carbon quantum dots (NCQDs) of about 10 nm in diameter have been obtained by hydrothermal reaction from collagen. Because the superiority water dispersion, low toxicity and ease functionlization, NCQDs were designed as a glucose sensor after covalent grafting 3-aminophenylboronic (APBA) (APBA-NCQDs). The as-prepared APBA-NCQDs imparted with sensitivity selectivity other saccharides via fluorescence (FL) quenching effect at physiological pH room temperature, which show high specificity for determination wide range 1 mM to 14 mM. FL mechanism was also investigated adding an external quencher. APBA-NCQDs-based platform is environmentally friendly way substitute inorganic containing heavy metals offer facile cost detection method.
