摘要: Conventional quantum dots inherently carry the risk of cytotoxicity. Considering biomedical limitations, an amino acid and vitamin were utilized to prepare highly luminescent carbon dots. Ascorbic lysine used synthesize water soluble which are biocompatible as both reactants essential nutrients.
