摘要: This study examines the mediating role of Overall Service Quality in service quality-customer satisfaction relationship context professional football. Quantitative data were collected from a survey 415 spectators attending football game Greece. A confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was employed to examine validity scale. Multiple regression analyses used assess mediation effect Quality. Results CFA and alpha test supported psychometric property shown mediate between five dimensions quality fans' satisfaction.
