摘要: Cell-based therapy offers a promising solution for the treatment of diseases and injuries that conventional medicines therapies cannot cure effectively, thus comprises an encouraging arena future medical breakthroughs. The development accurate quantitative noninvasive cell tracking technique is highly challenging task could help in evaluating effectiveness treatments. Moreover, provide essential knowledge regarding fundamental trafficking patterns poorly understood mechanisms underlying success or failure therapy. This article focuses on gold nanoparticles, which cells with ‘visibility’ variety imaging modalities stem therapy, immune cancer treatment. Current challenges prospects relating to use nanoparticles such roles are discussed.
