摘要: In this chapter, I outline some perceived parallels between findings on expert performance in surgery and those other domains. Analyses of superior experts from traditional domains, such as chess, sports, music, have uncovered evidence for the acquired mediating mechanisms expertise: very complex skills, highly refined representations, extreme physiological adaptations to physical review published show how acquisition is closely related extent engagement practice with feedback during medical training residency. On a more speculative note, discuss continued access conditions deliberate well daily might allow doctors, especially specialists, keep improving their after completion training.
