摘要: Much has been written about the effects of electronic communication but few researchers have explored how structural properties e-mail impact process conflict management. In this paper, we examine whether features make it more likely that disputes will escalate when people communicate electronically compared to they face-to-face or via telephone. Building upon Rubin, Pruitt, and Kim's (1994) escalation model, propose new conceptual framework articulates: (1) communication, (2) these on effects, (3) in turn, set into motion components escalation.
