摘要: The methods of distinguishing Amaranthus species and cultivars assessment outcrossing rate in grain amaranths are proposed. collection 20 accessions 7 (A. tricolor, A. mantegazzianus, cruentus, caudatus, hypochondriacus, hypochondriacus × hybridum paniculatus) was examined. Urea-soluble proteins both from bulked samples (20 seeds) particular cultivars, which were obtained by mixing together each extracted. To estimate the rate, extracted of100 seeds cultivar A10 caudatus). In this case collected isolated inflorescences flowers exposed to open-pollination. electrophoretical separations (SDS-PAGE) performed. protein pattern 56–64 bands detected. classified three groups: 1- caudatus 2- tricolor mantegazzianus 3- hybridus paniculatus. All can be distinguished other. (leafy type amaranths) is considerably different other species. present study suggests a closer similarity between caudatusand cruentus than pairs A.hypochondriacus / cruentus. Only small differences seen nevertheless they sufficient for all cultivars. It possible detect observing that30% ‘A10’ performed patterns proteins. Electrophoretic analysis seed proved useful Amaranth, describing estimation its rate.
