摘要: Hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) is a rapid growing bioseparation technique, which separates biomolecules, such as therapeutic proteins and antibodys, based on the reversible hydrophobic between immobilized ligands chromatographic resin spheres non-polar regions of solute molecule. In this review, fundamental concepts HIC factors that may affect purification efficiency summarized, followed by comparison with affinity ion-exchange chromatography. membrane (HIMC) combines advantages process has showed great potential in bioseparation. For better understanding HIMC, review presents an overview two main concerns about i.e. materials ligands. Specifically, cellulose fiber-based substrate environment-responsive are emphasized.
