摘要: Thermal and salt dual stimuli-responsive filter-paper-based membranes were prepared by UV-induced grafting of NIPAM-based polymers on paper surface. The ratio could be controlled monomer concentration during polymerization. results from pressure drop measurement the mobile phase flowed cross membrane demonstrate that an appropriate would 8%–10%. Protein adsorption through hydrophobic interaction promoted increasing temperature lyotropic concentration. effect grafted polymer structure protein binding performance was studied. Filter with branched copolymer consisting moieties shows ten times higher capacity than original filter paper. separation plasma proteins using examined to feasible application for chromatographic proteins.
