摘要: This report examines how place-based socially innovative policies and actions can be better integrated into the broader European Union (EU) social agenda. On basis of previous work a roundtable taking place in context Improve project, it a) identifies some main challenges for upscaling consolidating innovation throughout multi-level governance system; b) analyses whether dovetails with policy goals territorial cohesion public participation, c) proposes cautious recommendations regard to EU resources used support practices. Three conclusions drawn from our analysis. Firstly, supports both directly (by providing different kinds local projects, not limited financial resources) indirectly, by supporting umbrella organisations operating field poverty inclusion.
