摘要: Abstract Cleavage of ∅X174 RF DNA with the restriction endonuclease from Arthrobacter luteus (Alu I) produces 23 fragments approximately 24–1100 base pairs in length. The order most these has been established by digestion Haemophilus influenzae Rd (Hind II) and aegyptius (Hae III) ∅X Alu I reciprocal digestions Hind II Hae III. In this way map could be aligned III cleavage maps A. S. Lee R. L. Sinsheimer ((1974) Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci. USA 71, 2882–2886).
