摘要: Variation of anthocyanin and flavonol in Vaccinium uliginosum berry from seven locations the Lesser Khingan Mountains was examined for first time. A total 14 anthocyanins 10 flavonols were identified using HPLC-DAD HPLC-ESI-MS(2) analysis. The composition berries same all investigated. Malvidin 3-O-glucoside most abundant anthocyanin, quercetin 3-O-galactoside main compound. Wuying region had highest concentrations both flavonols. It found that increased with rising altitude. Furthermore, polyphenols, especially anthocyanins, V. showed significant positive correlation antioxidant activity as measured by DPPH, ABTS(+) FRAP assays. This study is valuable further basic research applied development Mountains.
