摘要: Abstract The combination of an electrostatic analyzer and a silicon strip solid detector is proposed for measuring the energy charge state medium (10–200 keV/ q ) ions in space. Based on laboratory experiments, it shown that single-sided (SSSD) has low-noise levels provide sufficient resolution measurements ions. It also demonstrated loss at dead-layer critical factor measurement threshold; measured to be ∼370 nm. A with thin important development ion into next generation satellite-borne missions.
