摘要: Background: This original cohort of patients with erythrodermic cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) was reported to have clinical improvement photopheresis during the 12 months study. No long-term follow-up data been available examine impact this therapy on disease. Objective: Our purpose provide 29 CTCL treated and compare these results historical controls. Methods: Files from study centers were reviewed their current status documented. Results: The median survival 60.33 date diagnosis 47.9 start therapy. A complete remission has maintained in four six who achieved responses best seen a lower CD4/CD8 ratio peripheral blood at Conclusion: Photopheresis can influence natural history by inducing remissions prolonging minimal toxicity.
