摘要: BACKGROUND: Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) represents a spectrum of diseases composed malignant helper T lymphocytes. An accurate diagnosis early CTCL is difficult because the varied clinical and histologic expressions disease. METHODS: The authors review epidemiology, possible risk factors, manifestations, diagnostic techniques, staging, prognosis, treatment options for CTCL. RESULTS: often nonspecific presentations may delay thus necessitating further studies such as immunophenotyping, flow cytometry, receptor gene rearrangement analysis.
