摘要: The technique of treatment, response rate, freedom from relapse, survival, and complications therapy in 123 patients treated with topical nitrogen mustard (HN2) for cutaneous mycosis fungoides (MF) at Stanford University Medical Center are reviewed. Patients were HN2 an aqueous or ointment base equal efficacy. Response rates depended on the extent skin involvement. In limited plaque (T1) disease, complete overall 51% 88%, respectively, while generalized (T2) disease they 26% 69%. No tumorous involvement (T3) achieved clearance all 13 these developed progression disease. Only two nine erythrodema (T4) a (CR), both later relapsed. After achieving CR, 40% T1 60% T2 relapsed; however, subsequent therapies, including repeat courses HN2, often successful clearance. Overall, 42% 31% without evidence MF last follow-up. When death occurred, it was usually unrelated to group. However, half deaths attributable MF. Among 22 T3 T4 80% most common complication observed hypersensitivity reaction, which occurred much more commonly than preparation. Fourteen (11%) malignancies.
